Practicing Meditation
For Children of all ages
What is meditation?
Meditation is a Practice of techniques which helps a Child to connect to their mind and body; to understand and bring about the self-awareness so as to identify the internal signals of emotions and be receptive and willingly accept the situations.
Meditation is a Practice which helps us to access the wealth of qualities that already exists within us like, cool and calm nature, goodness and compassion, confidence and security amongst others, hence overcoming fear and doubt. It brings Happiness.
Simply, Meditation is Practicing Presence.
Meditation is a Practice by which our children learn to Love Oneself.
Why Meditation?
Connecting to mind is shutting all other noises, means other thoughts, and entering into Silence. In Meditation stillness is observed.
During Meditation, in place of wavy thoughts, Love and Peace is filled in the Heart. This in turn is reflected in the Child’s behaviour.
A good behaviour is accepted by others and the Child is loved who feels elevated and confident.
That is Meditation, connecting our ‘Mind’ to our ‘Body’, by simple techniques.
Meditation is NOT to be confused with Exercise.
