Here's what our Parents and Children say

Spending time with Nature brings Care and Kindness

Y Narasimha Rao & Y Aruna says, “Our daughter Gayatri, grade 10, has become more sensible to her activities, able of concentrate more and we have observed calmness in her behaviour. She loves to enjoy every moment, which also inspires us. This change has taken place after she has started spending time with the Nature.” According to them it is important to learn good values in the formative years of each child, and that the rich heritage should pass on to the young generation, with the best method of being in a simple way.

Gayatri says, “After spending an hour daily playing outdoors has given me a connect to the Nature. Caring for the trees, plants and animals in the environment has brought realization of peace within me itself. Before, I used to get irritated on petty things, but now I find myself cool and calm while handling many big issues.”

Connect God through Meditation and Prayers

Satish Kr. Dargan, Nanaji of Abeer, grade 9, is content and satisfied when his teachings laid for his children and grandchildren being followed, as to believe firmly on God connect through Meditation and Prayers. He says, “I was moved by the incident when one day I heard my son telling his younger sister, that don’t ask anything from Papa, just tell God your wish and HE will fulfill through Papa”.

Abeer narrates, “Few years ago, I was bullied by my friend Bhavya. Whenever I went out to play, he bullied me. He was a rich class and I was a middle class. He had many expensive toys. He bullied me my outfit. One day, I was fired because of him. I told my problems to my grandfather who follows a Guru named Paramhansa Yogananda. My grandfather asked me to visualize the problem. He also told to meditate and pray to God, and ask HIM me not to be bullied. I followed. The next day only, my friend Bhavya came to me, said sorry and promised me never to bully me again. From that day I believed in Meditation.” Today, Abeer’s passion is to play cricket.

Spending time with Parents is like Recharging

Chandan Dargan says, “My daughter Abhiti, grade 8, as entering the higher grades, coming home with a lot of homework and preparation for exams, has been overwhelming for her and me too, but has pushed her more towards the studies with a time constraint for other activities. But I consciously started a ‘daddy-daughter time’ go out for a walk nearby, talk about her day, both good and not so good moments, dinner menu, upcoming events and discuss her hobbies. By the time we come back home she is relaxed and ready to put her mind on her work she is about to do. A brief connects to the Nature, surcharge her mind and will power. The peace and strength she gain pushes her in the right direction.”

Abhiti says, “Sometimes, I have a overloaded day at school filled with assessments, exams, and a lot of more work. Meditation this time gives me relaxation. Initially, when I started doing meditation, tried to silence my thoughts and concentrate on breath, it took a lot of effort. But now by practicing it daily, a great sense of calmness, tranquility and serenity is felt all through the day, which recharges me all the time.”
